4. When do you start working on my logo project?
Answer: We start after a brief Logo consultation (included with all our marketing services) and after our service agreements and final payments completed.

5. How long does it take before I can see my samples?
Answer: Logo concepts are provided with in 7 business day unless agreed sooner. After which, you may tracked the progress of your concept fruition by using "My Projects" when logged in the client area.

6.How will I see my logo design compilations?
Answer: We provide all logo compilations "Comps" via email, "My Projects" page online at www.1utc.com and print in some cases. Upon completion your artwork will be delivery via mail or in person on Disk and emailed.

7. How many changes may I ask for my logo design?
Answer: Changes are measure in what we call sessions. You may make a fair amount of changes in 1 (one) session on the select comp for satisfaction. You available sessions are dependant on the logo design service package or custom design service purchased.

8. Can you redo my existing logo design?
Answer: Yes we can redesign any artwork. Simply choice the best logo design package that meets your needs to get started.

9. Do you make logo designs for products, titles, or names?
Answer: Yes, our team of Graphic Artist can design the best image of just about in idea for any purpose to help market your company.

10. Who keeps the rights of the created logo design?
Answer: In order to receive final approved artwork a ownership release form is sign releasing the rights and accepting artwork completed.

11. Do you register copy rights with the US Treasure?
Answer: At this time we do not provide the copy right service. We can help guide you to the proper resources that can assist with copy right services with the US Treasure.

12. What files do I receive at the end of the project?
Answer: The following logo formats are provided: EPS, PDF, GIF, PNG and JPG (alternative formats may be request for rendering).
